This impact wrench done a great job with one battery 4.0ah battery. I zip off my off my Volkswagen toureg bolt lug with no struggle, I done two front wheel and drop the sub frame, change steering rack and put everything back together and the wheels with one battery. This tool is amazing I love it. I recommend it to a shop.

I previously owned the P261 ,which is a fine product, but the P262 is much improved . It adds more power 450ft. lbs fastening vs.300 for the P261. More importantly it is a brushless design which gives you longer tool life,greater efficency, longer runtime on the same battery pack. Electronic speed control and auto mode, where the tool shuts down after 2-3 impacts to prevent overtightening. The 1/2 socket anvil has been changed from pin detent to friction ring for a more secure socket connection . The p262 while still user friendly is a more heavy duty quality tool .The p261 is a fine tool but the P262 is even better.

Received this impact wrench for Christmas and put it to use on some stuck items and it worked very well. This impact wrench is good for home use, it is a bit heavier than my previous tool but I do not use it every day so I do not feel that will be an issue. I do like the ability to select a "speed" but primarily used it on auto. Overall, nice tool.

Excellent tool. I didn't think it was that strong compared to the leading brands. I bought it for domestic use, that is, for little use and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. So I decided to buy it and I don't regret it. I recommend it.
Purchased as a replacement for regular torque impact and have not been disappointed. If you are looking an impact to do mechanic work it is worth the extra to buy the mid torque first. Works great for busting loose rusted bolts, just remember it can break the bolts also.
I bought this for use around the house. I also have a Milwaukee mid range impact. To be honest. This one is just as good if not better than my Milwaukee. This HP brushless model is a game changer. It will do exactly as the specs sayjust make sure you you a 4ah or 6ah HP battery.
For some time I had thought of buying an impact to take while traveling. Before our last trip, I purchased this impact with a 6mah battery. Sure enough, in Fort Smith, Ark, we had a blow out on our travel trailer. I used it to remove the tire on our trailer and install the spare. I got the tire replaced and put the new one on the ground and spare back on the rack. So, that was using it for four wheels. The impact had no trouble at all breaking the lug nuts loose each time. Put the battery on charge to top it off and it was still fully charged.When we got back from our trip, I needed to sharpen the blades on my mower. The nuts were put on with an air impact, so I was sceptical of it having the power to remove them. I was way wrong!!! The impact didn't struggle at ... Buy it, get a large amp hour battery for it and you will be set to go. Remember, a larger amp hour battery has more reserve than a small on to give you more torque breaking power. I was happily amazed at the torque and speed the lug nuts came off. the nuts had previously installed with a air impact wrench. Nuts went back on with not problems. I’ve been waiting for an impact gun from Ryobi that has enough torque to do automotive suspension work and am so happy that this came out.I had the p261 for years and it did probably 80 % of what I needed, but the Ryobi One+ HP 18v Brushless Cordless 4-mode 1/2in Impact Wrench is amazing for the DIYer at home. It’s lightweight for the size, and with 600 ft/lb breakaway force, it does everything I need it to for my truck. No need to get out the air compressor, or plug into extension cord. I have used it to remove axle nut that was rusted on my parents civic to replace a wheel bearing, and had no issues at all.I haven’t used it for driving lag screws in yet, but will be using it to build my deck in the summer and more projects.It’s nice that it comes with 3 ... When changing tires, I can retighten the lug nuts without over tightening. Also has tri LED lights, so theres no shadows in a dark spot.It uses friction ring instead of the pin detent, but it is quite solid and doesn’t come loose. Its definitely not a Milwaukee by any means in terms of longevity, but for a hobbyist or DIYer and 3 year warranty, it does wonders. Be sure to buy impact sockets and use a HP Ryobi battery and you’re good to go!
The P262 is amazing value especially if combined with a sale promo. The wrench has 3 rpm settings plus an auto mode that stops once the bolt is loose. It's too big to fit into a Civic wheel well to do the brakes though. Using a non-HP 4aH battery and a joint socket I was able to get caliper bolts untouched for 5+ winters off almost instantly. According to various YouTube reviews all I'd need is a high amp hour HP battery and I shouldn't run into much trouble for whatever comes in the future. The only downside is that it is one of the largest mid torques on the market. Other brands are more powerful while being 1+ inch shorter.This was purchased for my own personal use, and considering how infrequently I'll be using it, I think it's an unbeatable value compared to ...
