I have very sensitive skin. Breaks out easily and skin allergies. Skin is always clear. Have used this for 35 years. I have no wrinkles at 80. Especially great for dry skin. Afterwards use AVEENO night cream for sensitive skin. perfect combination. No meds. Many supplements. Perfect health.

I appreciated that the price was reasonable. I noticed that it did not have any smell, so there wasn't any fragrance added but it didn't smell bad either, with is great.I have been breaking out a lot lately (probably due to sweating more from the summer heat) and needed to try something new that fit my modest grocery budget. This was perfect for me. I have combination skin and this soap helped eliminate the oil and dirt off my face but didn't dry me out like most soaps and face washes do. I've been really happy with it and my skin is thankfully improving. I will definitely buy it again.

There was another bar of soap that I used to like, but for one reason or another it was not available.When I saw that Walmart was using this brand, I thought I would try using it and compare it to the other one. I was pleasantly surprised for overall use with my skin, it works well. My hands don't favor ie: liquied hand soaps too much. So, this has been a good choice for me. I hope that they keep selling it and don't raise the pricing.

I will most definitely continue to purchase and use. I also like to use this soap to wash my makeup sponges and brushes.
I prefer to use products that don't have all the extra, unnecessary ingredients. I was not familiar with this brand of soap, but decided to give it a try because it is unscented and for sensitive skin and the price was fair. Not really a scent and lathers nicely. Rinses away easily and leaves skin soft. In fact, I used it to shave legs and works great! No burning or irritation. I will definitely purchase again!
I’m 35. Sensitive skin. I have had acne and blemishes since my teens. I would use Clinique’s original basics since I wasn’t allergic. My skin would be okay but it was never happy. And I could only wash my body with sensitive dove. My body would smell after 3 days. ADHD added with having a kid, I don’t have a lot of time to shower. Okay but with this my face is CLEAR!!! And my body!!!! I’ve gone DAYS DAAAAYS with out showering and there is like no body oder. I’m so confused. For a while I couldn’t figure it out until I had to go back to dove and the Oder came back. So yeah, I love this stuff. My body blemish’s also cleaned up.
I had really high hopes for this bar, since it’s supposed to be extremely gentle and ph balanced. The first time I used it, the skin on my neck burned and stung. The second time, *down there* burned almost immediately on contact with the lather. For the rest of the day, I was itchy all over. Now I’m reading reviews that say the formula was changed. Back to Dove for me!
I’ve been using this soap for sometime now. I Love it because it’s unscented. However something in the ingredients must have changed. I started getting eczema on my hands and couldn’t figure out why. I started paying attention to everything my hands touched. About one hour after a bath my hands were extremely dry and flaky so I’m stoped using it. My hands cleared up.
nothing to dislike about Basis for Sensitive Skin. price is right. my gynecologist actually insisted i use this soap for my private parts. i got a second bar to use for my nightly facial wash. no leftover soap feeling or dryness. cant go wrong.i did find Basis for sensitive skin was sold out on first trip to Walmart looking for it so i recommend getting a couple when you come across it grab a few bars
