I purchased this item about one year ago. Literally days over the year mark the entire nozzle broke off. I could not believe the way it just broke off and there is no way to repair it. I contacted warranty who said they prob couldn't do anything but that this was a known error with this model from a previous year that was "repaired" but clearly not. In my order i also bought several thousand dollars worth of other lg products (two refridgerators and a double oven) the craft ice machine on my fridge is also not working properly but lucky for lg it's a year and a week since I bought it. My friend recommended this LG CodeZero vacuum when I got pregnant, and oh wow, it's such a life saver. (I used to own a corded vacuum cleaner and while it was high quality, it was always challenging to motivate myself to vacuum as often as I wanted, because it was heavy and such a hassle to run the vacuum cleaner!) You don't need to bend down to plug the vacuum and haul the heavy vacuum cleaner with tangling cords anymore. It's so convenient to go cordless.The turbo mode of this vacuum is super powerful and it sucks up the debris pretty well even from our carpeted area. Works great on our hardwood floor as well. Batteries die quickly if you do turbo mode though, but they stay reasonably long enough when you just do the regular cleaning mode.One thing I'd wish I ... I would like to think I just got a bad one. I really loved it. This is a very powerful hand vac that can really pick up things on the washable rugs (extremely low pile) and it adjusted well for the wool high pile rug.Months into owning this with just about 1x week cleaning, the unit would turn off while I used it. It was weird and I ultimately returned to COSTCO b/c they have a great return policy. When I asked if they had more, apparently the club stopped selling them and is back to $599 if I buy online. I got it for $299 in Nov. After my experience with the unit at Costco, I don't think it is a good idea to take a chance without a good return policy.

I received this vac as a promo for buying an LG washer and dryer. It's light weight but the balance feels off as I'm used to a traditional floor vac. However it is a lot more easier to vacuum my stairs and manuevering it around is pretty easy. The thing that gets me is emptying the collection bin, It's messy. I have a corgi and his hair get stuck around the chrome venturi piece on the inside and I have to stick my hand to remove it,the dust and debris get all over my hand and it just makes a mess. I saw the newer model with the ejection handle and had no idea that it was available when I received mine until I looked online. If you have a choice get that one. I had to return my first Cordzero to Costco because the nozzle brush would not turn. I am on my second one and have had it one year. I watched a You Tube Video on proper cleaning and clean it often. However, despite my attention to upkeep, the vacuum It is having the same issue as the first one. The brush on the large nozzle will not turn. Other than the nozzle I like the machine. It has good suction, is light and looks nice. My carpets look good after using it. It picks up everything. (I don't have pets). I would like it to work. I am very frustrated, as it is now out of warrantee. I will have to pay to have it repaired.

My husband bought this for me when our regular vacuum had to be sent for repairs. It does have good suction and comes with great attachments. It is pretty light weight and I don't feel like it is horrible to bring it upstairs and downstairs like with my full size vacuum. I do feel that I have to increase the power whenever I do use it in order for me to feel like it is working but that might be due to the fact that it is pretty quiet so I feel like it isn't working hard enough. However when I look at the canister after vacuuming on the regular power there is a ton of hair and crumbs so it must be sucking everything up from the rug. MoreMy husband bought this for me when our regular vacuum had to be sent for repairs. It does have good suction and comes with great attachments. It is pretty light weight and I don't feel like it is horrible to bring it upstairs and downstairs like with my full size vacuum. I do feel that I have to increase the power whenever I do use it in order for me to feel like it is working but that might be due to the fact that it is pretty quiet so I feel like it isn't working hard enough. However when I look at the canister after vacuuming on the regular power there is a ton of hair and crumbs so it must be sucking everything up from the rug. My only complaint is that the emptying of the canister can be tough as the space in the canister is small due to the size of the filter. I usually have to pull the hair out or reach in and unscrew the filter and then everything falls out. I wish it was just slightly thinner or smaller filter (my other vacuum has a smaller filter so this is not an issue). Otherwise I am happy and we do use it a lot now and definitely worth the cost.
