I bought the ice blue air Nike snaeakers for my daughters birthday. The site was easy to navigate and the choice of colours and sizes was substantial, when compared to other sites that I looked at. Order process was easy and the shoes arrived in a timely manner. Very happy with the entire process and my daughter was thrilled with her shoes! Would highly recommend untied!

The no return policy trapped me. I return something probably less than 2% of the time but this was one of the times I need to exchange or return. I thought I was safe on the item and size and believed I had a sure thing gift but size was just 1/2 too small for the brand. So I hope to never use this site again simply for that reason. It is worth paying more for the privilege of return/exchange instead of losing so much. Not a cost saver.

Color~AMAZING! Only down side is these creased SO QUICKLY! I am a Nike AF1, Jordan Retro FANATIC! Bottom line is, for whatever reason: Some shoes just crease easier than others! Unfortunately, these are one of those (pairs) shoes As careful as I was putting them on - the right foot, STILL managed to leave a small crease by the top lace. Only worn for 2 hours for a Bday party. For that reason, I can’t give them a 5. Sadly, I will probably never wear them again-so it’s like throwing money out the window-Literally!!!!

This shoes exceptionally beautiful. My daughter told me she wanted the shoe even though I had showed her different ones from other websites. She insists that she wants this pair of shoes, gues what it was a great buy. I ended up buying different colors for my 4 girls and they all love it.
Super cute! I absolutely love this shoe! I can’t wait to wear them. I tried them on and oh my! They were to comfy. The brown is very dark almost black and the swoosh is a cute color too. They do indeed come with the white laces and brown lace. One time I was supposed to get 2 laces but only got 1. Pretty shoes. Just get them!
Unfortunately the shoes received were not same as advertised. They were supposed to have 23 embroidery on tongue (no embroidery was on them) and both shoes insoles were supposed to have AJ insignia and the pair we received only had it on one insole. Disappointing to say the least. Baby blue and white was advertised with these design details.
I love my Jordan 1 low, but I wish I could have gone up half a size. I typically wear a size W7 (EU 38), but I would have preferred a W7.5. When I wear it with Nike socks, it seems a little snug on me, but it works well with somewhat thinner socks. I feel the dark gray color is outstanding, and I suggest going one half size bigger.
Once again my go to store for gifts for my teenage son. Purchased the cactus Jack air hoodie. Arrived quickly and in good shape. Quality product that of course was an instant favourite. You can’t beat the Vault for service and product. Thanks again - more than happy with you guys
My favorite pair of low J’s. They are lighter than expected and so comfortable. Out of box, they look prestige and brand new, but feel perfectly broken in. The fit is true to size. I ordered the red and black and the red is even better in person. I alway get compliments when I wear them out. Shipped out and arrived within a week. Truly, no complaints.
