Had heard these were the best for cross training so was very excited when they went on sale. The Valerian Blue is beautiful in person. As some commented, getting shoe on is a pain, but thanks to helpful reviewer, figured that out. Wore to an Orange Theory class and noticed they were uncomfortable in toe box and not particularly supportive. Ultimately had to ice both knees that night. I could not work out for several days after wearing these shoes. I do not have knee issues. This was a direct result of these shoes. I have worn different shoes to class since and no knee issues. These were an incredible disappointment.

I bought these online and didn't know much about them other than reviews and the description given online. I am on my second pain in a year and a half because I feel like I can not do without these for 1 day! I have so many sneakers, but I go for these every time. I choose my typical size 9 in womens, and was wondering if I should return them since the sock part felt so tight. ( I also have carpal tunnel, and despite having the release done, it's still hard for me to navigate) I did just push through getting them on because they felt so comfortable in the toe box, no squishing, it took at least a week of daily wear for the upper part where you slide your foot in to stretch a bit. The heel was a little thick when I do indoor rowing, but after a few times of adjusting it's no longer an issue. Bottom line, it took a little adjusting but the pay off is huge!

I bought these shoes because I workout at F45 which is primarily HIIT style workouts. I expected these shoes to have a little bit more support based on everyone's reviews raving about them and they honestly disappointed me. They're as flat and not comfy as my old workout shoes I wanted to replace these with. I went for a walk in these and my feet ended up hurting afterwards. Maybe they're just good for lower body days where you need a flat shoe. But I was very disappointed. I do get lots of compliments on the look of them though. If anybody cares about that part. But if you need a shoe with good arch support or forefoot support/cushion, these are not for you at all. Would not suggest going on long walks or runs in these.

I bought a pair of these for my wife for her birthday, they were too small. I concur with other reviews of these shoes, that the sizing runs small. The first pair we ordered were too small, so we ordered a larger pair and mailed the first pair back for a return as per instructions. The return process was simple and promptly processed, so I would see no reason to fear them not fitting if you order online. The new pair arrived and my wife loves them. My wife describes them as exceptionally comfortable and stable feeling, she uses them for gym workouts. The colorway looks smooth too, as a bonus. I'm happy to recommend the shoe and the retailer based on our experience :)
I love the colour of the shoe! It's well made, feels secure on the foot. But read all the reviews on sizing - for whatever reason they're small. I went up one size but could of gone up more - and woukd of if they had the next size in stock. I decided to keep the shoe and I've been wearing it and haven't noticed it's too small (mostly on one foot) - but I'm currently just wearing them for my gym session then off to avoid any discomfort (just in case! - in wearing them in!). They're comfortable and easy to wear, even when being on the smaller side. And feel good for my work out
Nikes Metcon 4 fit my feet perfectly! Out of all my 20+ pairs of Nikes these are my favorite for their wearability, durability, flexibility and style. They cradle my feet and are perfect for outdoor Total Fit classes as well as indoor Barre, machines, and weight stations. These go-to shoes have shown no signs of wear and get lots of compliments. Please keep making these in other colors like lime green yellow, and red. Always size up with Nikes. I purchase size 8 for my 7 1/2 feet. I wear a normal width but my foot width tends towards narrow. If you have wide feet, these may not be for you. Other styles have a wider toe bed that tends to ripple across the top of my foot. Metcon 4’s cradle my feet and provide stability during my workouts with balance and strength.
I was happy to find my hard to find size in a shoe I loved at first sight. The fit is perfect with good arch support. I purchased the black with mica green and touches of fuchsia. The reason I gave this shoe a four is because the shoe opening is very small. It was difficult at first to get my foot in.And I had the struggle to pull the back of the shoe on over my heel. Once on however, they fit perfectly and after playing with the shoe strings for a while I loosened the opening a bit.More often than not, I end up deciding on Nike for fitness shoes. They got me!
Lovely design, excellent for strength weight training as the metcon heel supports my foot. I love the flexible bendy sole for lunges. The top of the shoe also has a mesh and toe guard which is great when doing burpees or press ups as it prevents scuffing. The colours are great and I’ve received lots of compliments when wearing them. I sized upto a 6 and am normally size 5 due to the moulded tongue and having a broad foot and they are very comfortable for walking too, only use for small distance hiit on the treadmill as not a running shoe. Highly recommended
I love these shoes so much. They’re cute, go with everything (I got the black and white ones) and are super comfortable. I’ve always worn Converse for my leg days but I heard great things about these and wanted to try them since I can’t (or don’t want to) wear my Chuck Taylors for cardio. These shoes are great for lifting and cardio. I love the grip they have when doing squats, hip thrusts, etc. They’re super light and very comfortable. The only thing to be cautious of is the sizing. Nike’s website recommends ordering half a size up. I was hesitant to do that because I’m a size 6 in every kind of shoe and every brand. I bought a half size bigger and they fit great so I’m glad I listened to the recommendation. I highly recommend these!!!
Recently bought these trainers after seeing them online/all over socials. Not only do they look the part, they fit your feet like a glove. Theyre super light and are good for both running and weight training, which is personally amazing for myself, as I do both. Also very trendy, can be worn day-to-day. They are also true to size and I can tell these will last me a long time!! Grab yourself a pair why you can. Not a bad retail price compared to most trainers that are around the £150 mark.
