I bought this vest to use for push- & pullups and the vest is quite comfortable when using it while doing the exercises, however it can get quite warm. If you intend to use it while walking, it can get a bit uncomfortable after 30+ min, because the shoulderpads are placed quite close togheter to allow a better range of motion for push- & pullups, but this puts more pressure on the side of your traps with respect to your actual shoulder.Furthermore, the quality of the vest is fine but could be better. Very nice, very usable, very variable

Not the cheapest modell but high qualitiy built thats made to last. use it for uphill walking, pullups and pushups. Does the job very well. Slight downside - the vest is quite bulky so you need to work with parallettes to get enough rage of motion for the pushups.Great product, would recommend it to a friend!
