I did a fair bit of research before I bought this pool.. And, I LOVE IT! You Definitely need the ladder to get in and out & got the package deal which included Ladder, Cover, & ground cover. It is just as good as a permanent above ground pool. It was easy to assemble with 2 ppl. And it arrived 2 days earlier than expected! Bought through GT Mall. Really happy with this purchase
