Perfect in our backyard for a wedding. Customer service from Jo and Mel went above and beyond. My package was missing a pole and they organised a replacement immediately. I am super impressed

The Gazebo is great value and I was able to pick it up the day after I purchased it with no extra fees for pick up from warehouse.

Almost perfect

Mostly happy with this product. Good quality, good sturdy product and happy with the price. The only thing that lets it down is that not all the pieces clip together, so putting it together is more difficult than it needs to be (bits can fall apart). Once its together its pretty stable, but I would recommend using cables along the roof for extra stability and holding it together properly. With this modification, its a very sturdy marquee.

generally a good product and cheaper than hiring one, only draw back is the canvas/poly is thin

delivery time excellent and product fit for purpose but recommend some stronger rope ties and screw pegs and it will withstand stronger rain and wind as it did for my event.

ok. but would be much easier to put together if these issues were resolved.

the poles did not fit inside each other easily. Had to file a lot of them out so the would go together. There was not enough ball and straps to hold roof tarp onto frame, had to use cable ties for the ones that were not there.
