These timers really do help both of my sons with time regulation and also when they feel the need to calm themselves. They often sit there watching the sand pour over and over until they feel a bit better.

Gets the job done.It’s huge - I don’t realise HOW huge. It’s sturdy enough but feels very much like plastic.
