Love the case overall. The only thing keeping it from being a 5 is the color. I ordered the red, expecting the bright red I saw on-line and in the store. The actual color is a dark red - still pretty, and I’ll keep it, but not the color I expected. Generally love Tumi products. They are well made and pack well.

Took my luggage on first trip over Thanksgiving weekend. I expanded it and added a couple of extra days clothing beyond 3 days. Worked out perfectly. It was a leisurely stroll through the airport and outside.My only regret was not realizing I needed a power pack for charging electronic devices prior to the trip. That note should have stood out in the description of the luggage. I've ordered one and will be prepared for my next trip.Terrific savings on the luggage price.

I love my new TUMI suitcase. I travel every week and it is the perfect size for my over-packing habit when I go on long weekend trips! Easily fits waaay too many clothes for a weekend or even a week, but is still the perfect size to keep you right around the 50# weight limit that exists on most domestic flights in the USA.Also, the bearings in the wheels are FAR superior to anything I've ever tried before, the suitcase glides like a hot knife through butter, and not butter from the fridge, a hot knife through room-temperature butter.The only thing I was a bit disappointed with is how easily the finish seems to be scuffed.
