I recently had a great experience with the seller SenQ. I placed an order on 15th June 2023 and was informed by SenQ that I could pick up my purchase by 17th June. One particular staff member, who was Malay, went above and beyond to assist me. As a new Apple user, I had some difficulty with the initial setup, but the staff member patiently guided me through the process and helped me resolve the issues. Upon thoroughly checking the entire iPad set, I found it to be in excellent condition. The staff member also informed me about the option to purchase a SenQ membership, which would grant me an additional year of warranty for my iPad. Odd things like lack of automatic capitalization of “i” are really bothering me. i’ll need to get that updated ASAP.Overall, in comparison to the pro, this feels like a definite step down. But if you can’t afford the $800 price tag of the pro or are new to the iPad ecosystem this is a solid choice.

Great for social apps and video chat.

The 600 dollar Samsung tablets can't do that.It has a good battery life, a pretty powerful mobile processor, a pretty good amount of RAM, (and storage), a very good display, and fast charging.

Hands down, smartest investment

I’ve been avid flip phone user since beginning of their introduction. Went through not one but 2 android, Samsung “free” tablets from Verizon. Started enjoying the idea of device other than desk top. Was gifted a non cellular iPad and while it took a little learning curve to switch from Android to Apple, I was soon convinced that Apple had superior function ability for my needs. Upgraded to a cellular iPad after couple years of strictly WiFi usage primarily for business needs. Work is dead zone with no access to Verizon Fios, best option is COX internet and we rarely go a month without extended service interruption. Now I have all my business functions on my cellular iPad and can truly function 100% incase of internet outage at office as well as be 100% ... MoreI’ve been avid flip phone user since beginning of their introduction. Took three years to use up the 32GB space so this upgrade was for the 256GB and so far, I’m still 100% Team Apple. Needless to say when the flip phone went swimming, I went to iPhone so I have it synched with iPad to get text messages and emails on both devices. The absolute most impressive think to me being a tech dinosaur was my ability to set up my new iPad and transfer EVERY picture and app already installed on previous iPad. It made me feel like an IT expert.

Like-Brand New Quality - So Good!
18 February 2024

I actually got this for Christmas! It’s been my first ever iPad. I’d always wanted an iPad, and I’ve only had an iPhone 8 for the last 4+ years, so my mom and I both agreed that I needed an upgrade. After doing months of research on which iPad would be perfect for me both quality-wise and budget-wise, I opted for this and got it for Christmas (my storage was basically full on my iPhone 8, since it only has 64GB, and I am a video editor + gamer + student who needs at least a few Google apps at a time (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Classroom, etc.) on a regular basis)… I was actually hesitant to buy an iPad refurbished from even a place like Best Buy Marketplace, because I was worried about the quality of either the screen or the battery being poor (I was ... MoreI actually got this for Christmas! I eventually decided to opt for the refurbished one through this company, because I needed the 256GB one and didn’t want to pay more than $500 CAD for it. I just assumed that even if I did have to replace the battery, it would still end up being cheaper than getting a brand new iPad.I’m SO glad that I went for it, though! When I finally got my iPad (I think it only took a week or two to ship, and we just had to pick it up at a post office by my house), I was shocked to see that there was not a single scratch on either the screen OR the back. It had some dirt and some fingerprints on it, of course, but nothing that couldn’t be easily wiped off: When I wiped it down, it literally looked (and still looks) brand new. I was a little flabbergasted, honestly! Then, when I started using it after Christmas, I realized that everything about it, including the battery life, was spectacular. It’s now February 18th, and I still can’t see a single thing wrong about it. If you put my refurbished iPad next to a brand new one and asked someone to tell the difference between them, I doubt that they'd be able to at all. That’s how good it is!Long story short, save your extra money and get this instead of buying a brand new iPad 9. I’m actually using my iPad to write this review in bed, and I’m obsessed. I can guarantee that you won’t regret saving your extra $150-$200 and getting this instead.Thank you for the awesome iPad, OpenBox! ❤️❤️❤️

Lovely iPad, works wonderfully!
16 November 2023

I bought this iPad on sunday, it is now wednesday, so far so good. I love the way this device works. When the device is in sideways view the keyboard is as huge as the screen, allowing ease of typing. There are wireless keyboards but as of now I do not feel inclided to buy one as this works wonderfully as a keyboard. I set it flat on my desk and I type on it just as I would on my desktop or laptop. Drawing on this is really nice but i do recommed a wireless pencil to make the lines more percise. The iPad it fast and great for my classes, i have tooken it to all mu classes so far and I love it for note keeping either with typing or hand writing, its a great help as I can finally access my assignments while also being able to take notes with ease. The iPad it fast and great for my classes, i have tooken it to all mu classes so far and I love it for note keeping either with typing or hand writing, its a great help as I can finally access my assignments while also being able to take notes with ease. For my fast paced classes I can easily type my notes. Now while all of this is also possible on a laptop, I am happy to not have to bring my notebooks or laptop anymore for class. I also love this for late nights when I am sitting on my sofa or bed and not having to have a heavy laptop on my legs or laying on my stomach. The screen quality is nice and clear however the camera is not spectacular, its rather blurry. The zoom is nice however, the home button is a bit annoying but I knew this device had a home button when buying it so that is not s flaw. I do not have a case on it and after hours of lecture and holding my iPad i have not noticed any overheating. The battery life is long to get to 100% which again is not the worst thing as the battery quite litterally lasts 10 hours. Only thing I wished this iPad or any table would offer is the ability to control f for documents. I do believe they offer a solution to that however in wireless keyboards so maybe I may consider getting one as that will save me the trouble from using my laptop for document based assignments. Since I got this iPad i have barely touched my phone, laptop, or desktop. I of couse love all my devices and they each serve a purpose to making life run much more easily. But for taking notes, studying, watching videos, drawing, and e books, I believe the iPad comes out on top. Before I used to use my phone as an iPad because truly my laptop is 5 pounds while this is about 1. My classes do not contain a physcial book so all I need is my iPad for class and maybe a pen for tests. I recommend this model for any college student looking for a tablet without having to spend a lot of money. If you are a stem major I recommed both an iPad and a Laptop (trust me it makes life easier)

[Rewarded Review] Best value purchase you can make!

I am beyond happy with this purchase. I wanted an iPad to handle some web surfing, music and movie streaming, and as a larger screen for viewing reference images for my amateur art. This 9th gen iPad has more than enough computing power and speed to handle everything I've asked of it so far. I've had a lot of browser tabs and applications open at once with no problems. The screen clarity is great, and it's able to stream music and video at speeds consistent with my wifi speed, so no pauses mid-stream to buffer.I haven't tested the battery from full charge to dead yet, but using it a couple hours a day and keeping it in standby mode has lasted at least 4 days before I've chosen to charge it (before hitting 0%).The tablet itself arrived looking brand new and well ... MoreI am beyond happy with this purchase. I did notice that it was very lightweight compared to my Samsung A8, approximately the same size dimensions. Definitely like that 256 GB storage. It is a buggerer learning how to operate an iPad. after decades of working group other systems I fight I was really pressure myself to learn how to operate this thing. good screen quality. Excellent screen quality. a fast response time 65 to 70% of the time. In that other group there seems to be longer delay responses and some just lock up responses. The system never never performs the final task. All in all, a decent buy. It ain't new but they wiped it down good %26 checked it well somewhere in Texas.
