Bought my bike through bike to work scheme on line. Tredz were absolutely superb, great communication, bike was very well packaged when delivered. The bike itself is great, the build and set up of bike are very good. Only had to attach pedals and set handlebars straight..the bike is a great ride. Been out on it on a few different trails now and I can't fault it...this is my first MTB I've always been a roadie. But got to admit I'm enjoying the trails a lot more.

Got my bike through the bike to work scheme. All done on line and a very smooth transaction and communication from Tredz. The bike itself was delivered on Friday it came really well packaged. Only requiring the pedals to be fitted the handlebars lined up and seat height adjusted,which was all very simple to do.. I have only been on a short couple of rides so far with a mixture of trail and road surfaces. The bike has performed superb and the gear change is lovely and smooth. Bike is a reasonable weight for the price and a great ride. I would highly recommend buying from Tredz, great service and bike build.
Brilliant bike over the moon build quality excellent cannot fault
Ordered two bikes, one of which is fine (cannon trail 8) however my GT expert wasn't quite put together 100% the bike wont stay in one of gears without making and grating noise and also some scraggly cable hanging from the front shocks.
Rear tyre exploded few minutes after receiving my bike. Both wheels not properly true. Returned the bike and received the bike back after 5 weeks with box in very poor condition. Customer service is also very poor.
At this moment in time it is difficult to provide a full review. The bike looks great and after sometime waiting etc it arrived, however to my continued disappointment Rode for about 100m and the chain snapped. So as yiu cannibalise experience not been great and continues to not be great.
Rear tyre exploded few minutes after unboxing. Sent photos of the damage right away and I was offered free repair in my local bike shop. I first opted for a replacement and asked for immediate pick up but offered date indefinitely in the coming new year due to Covid and Brexit restrictions. Two weeks after receipt, Bike is still damaged and has not been checked since local bike shops are extremely busy due to busy holiday season and Covid lockdown. Very disappointed with quality of the product I received and the poor customer service.
treated my son to a new bike and I now can't get him off it... such a great looking bike and lovely ride.
