I take many different types health supplements daily. This calcium supplement is one of the hardest that I have come across and does not dissolve easily with water. The tablet is too big and even when cut into 2, one has to mindful not to get choked on it especially for the elderly. I had a recent bad experience when I got choked and the tablet refused to go down even I drank water. I was coughing vigorously for about 6 minutes before half a tablet finally came out of my throat. By then I was so out of breath and felt dizzy.

This vitamin works for me. It's a good tool for keeping myself active, but more importantly it's a great supplemental product to help me be more healthy especially our bone and keeps us energetic. I am always surprised at the number of people who turn to me in desperate need of something to improve their health, be healthier or improve their mood. This vitamin is the most amazing thing I have ever used. Also this vitamin helped improved my sleep disorder and develops immune system much more stronger. Also I've noticed the effect on my skin is different looks healthier than ever. Dosage is once a day. The packaging is simple and sealed. I highly recommend this vitamin.

This calcium has been taken for a period of time without any discomfort or diarrhea. It belongs to calcium citrate and is easy to absorb. Taking 2 tablets a day has a calcium content of 630mg. In addition, it has D3 to help calcium absorption. The price is affordable. It is my first choice for buying calcium. Recommended! (However, the particles are a bit large, and those who have difficulty swallowing should choose carefully)

I love the price, but the pills are too big for people who have difficulty swallowing pills. I didn’t have any problem. Very price for that many pills Large bottle will last a long time. Very fast shipping. The tablets are a little large but they can be split on half or even dissolved in a little bit of water, they dissolve in a minute or so. I recommend them and will buy again!
Super cheap, yet very good vitamin. I didn’t have any bad side effects. Only at the beginning I had some stomach issues for few days, like bloating. But it was gone then. I used the drug late evening times , and after few weeks I felt my teeth become more stronger ( I used ti have a lot of issues with my teeth), my joints and bones stopped making weird sound. What I loved the most , this drug surprisingly helped with my sleep. I always had an insomnia , once I started using this product I started falling asleep 30 min right after I took the tablet. Awesome product, great feelings! If I will decide to take calcium supplements again, definitely I’ll buy this product. Recommend to everyone!
It's difficult to find Calcium Citrate in Australia lately, so I tried this brand. Whilst the ingredients are half the amount of calcium citrate, the tablets are not as large and there is no taste. I take one in the morning and one in the evening, which is better for your body. As my age is now put me into the osteopaenia range of bone density I am deficient in Calcium. I am hoping for an improvement in my next Bone Density Scan from this supplement.

The thought of taking 4 chewables a day literally turned my stomach as I found the taste of them to be pretty vile. My doctor recommended these as an alternative and they've worked so well for me, I've already bought a year's supply.The pills are large, but I just take them one at a time and they go down with no problem and no stomach upset. No smell, no taste, a perfect solution for me.If you have problems with large pills, they may be an issue for you. I toss one to the back of the throat with it facing left/right across my mouth, take a moderate swig and no problem. Been using almost a month 4x/day and have yet to have an issue
