Got last 2 pills left. They are huge to swallow. I really wanted to see some dramatic change as my hair keeps shedding like no other and I got some balding spots I wish my hair would grow back. I’m in my early 30s so I had hoped to see more youthful skin. Maybe I have unrealistic expectations hoping this would be a miracle pill. But I can’t tell any difference taking these pills. I’ve been sharing them with my mom who’s in her 60s. Hopefully it’s helping with her thin hair loss. I give it little stars bec I do not like the size of the pill.

These have helped not only mine and my daughter's hair grow but is it well as my husband. I started taking these vitamins solely for that reason and it has helped immensely. However I've noticed my skin is healthier, my nails are stronger, and my eyelashes are longer. I love that my eyelashes have grown. I stopped using mascara a few years ago cause my eyelashes were non existent. I love this product and I definitely recommend.

Bought 21st Century Hair, Skin & Nails Advanced Formula to reduce hair fall and hair thinning. Have been taking for 3 weeks and hair still falls but it benefits my nails significantly. My nails have become stronger and less brittle. Ingredients seems great with many essential vitamins but taste is a bit chemical. Will have to take a longer period to see the results.
