why they have to add useless Calcium (from Calcium Carbonate) ?carbonate is the worst bio available calciumis it because doctors say you have to take both ?most people have too much free flowing calcium in the body causing aches & pains and should not take any calcium at alland get more magnesium, but this brand might just add some magnesium oxide in some of their products, but the oxide is only good for constipated people

I was so glad to see this D3 available in 500 tablets package! We have been taking this vitamin-d from 21s century brand for some years. We live in the north of Europe and need extra dosage of vitamin-d to boost our immune system over the winter when there is no sun. It is very good vitamin, we have no deficiency now. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. The price is incredible as vitamins are rather expensive in our country.

Got this for my hubby and he's been taking it for a month. The tablets are not too big, making it easy to swallow (he doesn't like drinking water when taking pill. Urgh men :)). It's a super deal at this price point, and it's enough to last a year and a half, so will see if this improves his D3 level. Overall, happy with the purchase.
These seem to work great. I bought this for my parents many months aho. My mother is prone to getting flu whenever the climate becomes cold since becoming a senior citizen and my father have always had trouble staying asleep continouosly, being diabetic makes him get up at night to go pee, and then he wouldnt be able to sleep soundly again. I bought this about 3 months aho, and made them start on it asap(my father just a month ago, but boy is the effect quite noticeable). Its rainy season now from where i am, and so far no sniffles, fever or body aches yet from my mom. They both claim they seem to sleep better since starting on it.
