This is a great top to wear when it’s not quite cold enough for my ignition top it is good for anything over 5 degrees C depending on how hot you run. The mesh back keeps you from getting too hot while the front and long sleeves stop the cold wind. Size is good I’m 179 cm and 95 kg and it fits semi loose in a 2XL which I like. The XL would fit me but more clingy
