Really like MCS 2XU line. Had been using shorts, kickers, and tights of this line for almost a decade. They are really good products, offering the right compression at the right parts of my legs. I would say they are long lasting for the tight shorts. I think the pockets of this model are not well sized, but it's not a problem to me because I don't wear them.

Overall I am very happy with the purchase. The shorts provide just enough compression to offer support but still be comfortable. I opted to size up being one block away from the next size and feel good with that decision although I do wonder how that smaller size might feel. Wish the site had some additional measures, ie waist and/or thigh, besides height and weight as we are all built differently. First run was great and everything seemed to perform as expected. Washed the garment per instructions and got ready for next race. At starting line the zipper broke so just pushed on. Customer support was great and they took care of the issue very quickly. These are the best compression shorts I've found. The fabric is thick and very strong--so they really do compress, in a way my muscles appreciate. The pockets in back are well thought-out and actually useful. And the shorts are extremely durable.

These are by far the best compression shorts I have found. If you are looking for true compression, you cant find a better short. I wear them while playing tennis and basketball, and will not play without them. I play competitively in both sports and these shorts do their job!
I love this light running compression short and MCS! I ran 20 miles long run and 10miles tempo with this short, It was well holding my quads and hamstrings, hopefully 2XU can put MCS for hamstrings as well for next version, I definitely want to try it again! I also like the pockets as well on the back to hold more GUs and salt pills for marathon race, normally i carry 6-7 GUs and salt pills respectively for my full marathon race. Definitely I will recommend other runners in the team to try this compression short out! Thanks!
I was looking for a quality compression short while working out. The light speed compression shorts are a great size, leg just above the knee, waist above the hips so abbs support. Plus space for your gear, back pocket for the mobile phone, zip side pocket and on other side an easy to get to pocket. While moving your muscles are supported and all your gear stays in place so you can concentrate on your activity. I have swum in them and they felt great.
These shorts are great! I only did one short run in them before sliding them on for a FULL marathon. Comfortable and non-restricting. I did have to send my first pair back, but that's because I had to get a bigger size. Highly recommend.
Top quality shorts and great pocket design. But sizing is a little tricky. According to the chart I'm at the upper end of Medium (5'11/195), so I chose a Large for comfort. When trying on I heard some threads snap, I think I could've gone with XL! If you got big thighs and some fat up there, definately size up once or twice maybe? Until I get thinner I'm gonna have to roll down the waist band.
The Rolls Royce of compression shorts. Extremely well made. Perfect fit. Pockets, zips and space for every runners needs. Comfortable. They look good. And they do the job of ‘protecting’ muscles whilst you run. Highly recommended. £70 looks expensive. But hey…it’s a Rolls Royce.
2XU MCS series shorts provides excellent experience with its unique thigh support design. After trying several different products of other brands, I became regular customer of 2XU. That MCS series do reduce fatigue after a long run, and help me to run more steady. The rear pocket is convenient when you have to carry small things such as keys or a small packet of water.
