You get what you pay for. These are high quality high compression shorts. A little longer in the leg but still a great fit. I'm 6'2 and 14st with a 32 inch waist. I originally ordered medium but they were too small. The L fits much better. The exchange process was quick and easy. Highly recommended.
I find they really help with generating force, MCS helps keep my form, especially the glute MCS, also help me with endurance and recovery. Whether in doing 1 leg exercises or power lifting, these have become my standard shorts.
Good quality under shorts, good compression, true to size. A bit pricey in my opinion. Under shorts should not cost $90 but they were the only navy ones available in NSW when I needed them.
These shorts have excellent compression and provide a very good alternative to compression leggings when the weather heats up.

While running, lifting, stretching and jumping these shorts keep the goods stable and secure . The fast drying and anti microb fabric allows for multi day use without an unpleasant aroma. Been wearing 2XU for years and the shorts can take years of wear before beginning to wear out; great quality.
Superby quality, materials used are clearly very much on the expensive side so for £10 a pair an absolute bargain, just compare the prices elsewhere and see what great value Start Fitness are !
