Two days a week I run after going to the gym, and the Motion Tech is my preferred shirt. It's looser-fitting for all those gym/weights movements, but nice and light for the run after.

Bought for a man in his early 20s. He’s 6’4”, with broad shoulders, and weighs 97kg. Size L was absolutely perfect, a bit more firm fitting than on the model, but didn’t cling on the hips, and draped perfectly and tightly without restriction on his shoulders. Long enough in the torso and back too! The sleeves cut off at a really flattering point on the bicep and aren’t loose but hug. The midnight blue colour is really stunning. The fabric wasn’t as I expected, a bit heavier and had a thicker woven texture, but has a beautiful stretch and quality to it. Will definitely buy from 2XU for him again. He absolutely loves it and will use this shirt as his first choice every time for running and gym work. Worth every penny.
