Don't waste your time on Crucial RAM.

Only one of the 16G RAM sticks worked. Second stick was defective, was returned and replaced. Replacement caused system to crash after a few minutes. Got a refund for second stick. Now, after 2 months of use, first stick causes system to crash on startup. Glad I saved the RAM my machine came with. No problem with it. If you are considering Crucial RAM, better to just avoid it.

Quality ram that works right the first time.

Cons: Slightly more expensive than generic ram. Pros: 1) Each ram stick is serialized - a nice touch if this is important to you. Pros: 2) Of the 4 each 8GB ram modules I have purchased, in 2 separate orders, all have operated flawlessly at the rated speed. This leads me to believe the quality of parts that make up these memory modules is possibly better than that of some of their generic competitors. Purchasing this, what is in my opinion a better quality product, saves the hassle of having to take pictures of a defective product, waiting for authorization to return it, packaging it up, going to the post office to send it back, and then having to wait for a refund.

The Upgrade My After Effects Machine Needed

I'm a professional motion designer, and up until a week ago, I was working with 12 GB of RAM. Adding an additional 20 GB by installing these two cards has made my life much better. Way fewer crashes, multitasking between Adobe programs work great, and my RAM Previews load much faster. I really appreciated the Crucial team's website, which has a downloadable .exe which will recommend RAM for your machine. As someone making their first venture into tinkering with hardware, it was very helpful so I could find what would fit my machine without having to open my box.

Tommy Hilfiger is known for producing quality products, and this shirt is absolutely no exception. It came well packaged, and I could tell when unwrapping and unpinning that this shirt was crafted with care. The color is rich and vibrant, and it hasn’t faded with repeated washings. It’s held it’s shape and size, it’s collar has remained crisp and tight, and the stitching looks impeccable.The cut is slim, and it stays tucked into my pants with regular activity. Works with ASRock x470 Master SLI/ac & Ryzen 7 3800x & Ryzen 9 3950x

(review has been updated 2020-07-03) This ram seemed to operate correctly (recognized by Windows 10 with multi-bit correction) but initially my ASRock x470 Master SLI/ac motherboard didn't like warm reboot with this ram. A BIOS update was required. (Update 10/22/2019) After a few days passed after submitting a ticket with ASRock they replied and I was able to successfully test a beta BIOS. The initial recognition after installing the ram is fixed along with the warm reboot and boot loop problems are fixed when using this RAM. Working well. Thank you ASRock!
