I bought this company Frank green bottles and after washing them before using, smell still so strong chemical. I am person who has allergies to chemicals and metal. I trust that company add, but can’t use it, taste so nasty.

I received once again the wrong order. Marketplace really makes it hard to contact seller as UO cannnot help. My order consisted of a pink water bottle and received the bottle cap in blue.

I had this flask less than two months and it’s so dinged up because it’s hard to hold and constantly falling. They need a more sturdy handle for this water jug. My bottle looks so janky now. So sad

got this for my birthday and it was great until i couldn’t drink water and was sucking air and it began to leak. discovered there was a hole where the straw connects to the mouth piece. have to now buy a new lid.
