i cannot explain how obsessed i am with this product. it has the ability to instantly make any eye makeup look become glamorous. i apply this to the middle of my eyelid and on my aegyosal / eye bag to make my eyes appear bigger and brighter, and it does a really good job at achieving of that. be careful not to place it too close to the waterline as it might sting your eye if it hasn’t dried yet. i don’t use shimmery eyeshadow much anymore since i have this now 🫶

Beautiful glitter with 1 small setback

This glitter is so pretty, definitely worth the hype & purchase! I got both Petal (top) & Dalsegno (bottom) and I love both. My only complaint is that the thin brush it comes with is kind of hard to use in my opinion. Because it's so thin and flimsy, it applies unevenly. I'd rather use my fingers or a different brush. Still worth it!

Pricey but well worth the price

The glitter pieces are literally so fun to put on and is actually very shiny and noticeable. These are actual glitter chunks, not just a shimmery product. Although the price did put me off at first, a single bottle actually lasts for a long time, because a little product goes a long way! Although I have other shiny eye products, I always find myself reaching for this one. The applicator is like a super thin, sturdy brush/stick, which helps with precision.

double note

very cute glitter. Love the applicater! it doesn't look like it will do much at first but it really elevates your makeup:) The applicator is like plastic and very small so its very convenient for like under the eye. not sure if I did something wrong, but one time it dried up and got like a bit crusty/ grumbled if you know what I mean.. but it also could be because I put it one top of another glitter... But its for sure a very pretty glitter:)

game changer

the day i started wearing this to school i got so many compliments i cant stop wearing it now, its become a part of my daily makeup and its so fun to experiment with. i bought double note and its so convenient as you get both small glitters and bigger chunks of glitter, but if you dont want the bigger chunks for the day you can just be more careful with the applicator and avoid the bigger ones, its actually a lot easier than it sounds haha. it rly makes my eyes pop ill definitely be repurchasing

it's not for me.

I really like the look after it is applied, but the application itself is not for me. I need to deep into the bottle many times in order to not to leave too visible gaps and the wands end even it's though silicone feels rough on my eyelids after a few swaps. On top of that when I take it off, from time to time some of the glitter ends up in my eye and because it's too big it really irritates my eyes.I like the result, but I think I'll try the other formulation when I finish this.

not quite what I was looking for

From the great reviews this product always gets, along with the praises that 3CE makeup has, I was expecting a standout product. Honestly, to me, this is just a standard glitter shadow/topper. I admit I was a little disappointed the first time I applied this on my eyelids, I was expecting a finer sort of shimmer, from what it looks like in the promotional photos, but the glitter/shimmer particles are a lot bigger and less refined than expected (I bought the shade Dal Segno). It didn't quite have the look in real life like I thought it would.Still, it is a pretty product, but it certainly isn't the best shimmer liquid shadow I've seen or used before. I'm glad I got it on sale because I wouldn't have wanted to buy this at full price, as 3CE products are expensive. I think it's a pattern I see now, on a personal basis-- 3CE products have good design and look quite high end, but if I'm being honest, there are a lot of other less expensive brands whose products are far superior. From here on out I'll only cautiously buy any of their products, and only when they're on sale, because they're quite expensive when they're not.

pretty!

This 3CE eye glitter is STUNNING. The pink colour is really pretty and it goes very well with my usual makeup look. I really like the glitter, since it is not chunky and does not makeup look too much. I think it is perfect (: It also easy to apply with the applicator and is long-lasting. Overall, I love this product!

really pretty, but some issues

i got this in the shade double note because i wanted an all over the lid glitter just for every day. maybe I was using it the wrong way or something, but the little applicator tip is so so so tiny and thin its really hard to get much product on the lid without dipping in 3 million times. also, I noticed that the sparkles tended to kind of clump up together and was kind of patchy and didn't stick super well on my lid. I also noticed that throughout the day, the sparkles kind of came off and were in the tips of my eyelashes or they got into my eyes which was kind of painful. that could have maybe been my mistake, but i don't think it was. I DO loveeee the sparkle and colour it gives. true to pictures

the packaging is nicely weighted, and the rubber applicator is nice (though you need to be careful since it will glob up on the appicator when you apply it (you swipe and get one giant clump of the glitter). Id gotten the color "throbbing" and its color is true to pictures. it has green, pink, white, and blue glitters in it. it applies as a gel with despersed glitters in it. it looks nice, but the glitters are definately more noticable (and travel across the face) more than i was expecting. though they are still pretty nice, and id reccomend if you like glitter makeup. :)
