Pillow is a good U-shape to hug you and elevates baby to a good level at the breast. Firm enough to hold up baby yet soft it feels like a pillow to comfortably sleep on. I love the neutral gray color and the white feathers have a modern touch. Plus, cover and pillow are washable so that’s always a plus! I loved this product mostly for the price bc it does what the other more expensive pillows do.
Not firm enough unfortunately so I wouldn’t buy again.
