I bought 4 and it did nothing to deter the possums. I had them direct facing the tree in my garden and it still ate the top half of the tree. I had another at the back of cage to catch the possum and possum still went into catch. All it did was make it aggressive. $100 down the drain. The other I put on the fence beside another tree and the possum came and knocked it off

Not what I wanted.Ultrasonic alarm sound can be heard by human ears.Only wanted flashing lights to operate at night time.Technical information on product insufficient and unclear.Rang customer support before I purchased asking what the difference was between two types as one twice as dear and was told reason being they are different brands.This is not the case as I had purchased the dearer ones previously.Comes down to trial and error when buying online.
