These guys talking about how the buckle doesn't work. Mine works great. I don't think you guys are wearing it correctly, or we're talking about a different belt. Mine's never had an issue. Like the description says, I'm able to micro adjust it for exactly my size, instead of having to select a hole that's a little too loose or one that's a little too tight. It's always Goldilocks for me...just right!

The buckle will not tighten the belt when you run the tip through the buckle to adjust tightness and even though it will run through the buckle not only will it not tighten, it will not lay flat. It looks stupid. Needs a complete different buckle, I kept thinking I wasn’t doing something right so I googled it and looks like I am not the only one having issues with it.

Good belt. Buckle is heavy, and webbing in center of belt buckle sticks out (prints) because belt is so thick (it is what it is). Belt does run short, and I don't know what size to order. I have "large" & "extra-large", both marked #59567, and now a 3 extra-large, which is longer than I want, but still usable. I'm going to order a 2 extra-large next. I use this belt for a full-size pistol & holster, I like that I don't have to pull this belt very tight to support my holster (more comfortable that way). Have a good day!

Good quality belt with the stiffness needed for holster carry. However, keep in mind that the Med is listed as 32" - 34" but if you have a true 34" waist, there will be very little "tail" left once the belt is buckled, and definitely not enough extra for IWB carry. If you are close to a 34" waist and/or want a little extra room, I'd recommend ordering a Large.
I was really impressed with this belt. Takes practice cinching it through the buckle (fastener) but then you’re set. Easy to adjust if needed. Like the previous poster it is now my go-to belt in all situations. This is my second one as I’ve misplaced my first one.
Excelent belt. I use it with abr pants and it's tsa compliant. Great option for dinamic shooting or outdoors activities.Great for holster and mag/admin pouches.Must say that the recomendation of one size more is excelent. NumberIt has no metal part. The buckle it's very strong.Must have.Ahhh you can really use both sides it's perfect (two in one).
If you're going to wear tactical pants, like the 5.11's you might as well go all the way with a matching belt. I purchased this belt with a little concern over the plastic buckle. My concern was quickly dismissed when I wore the belt for the first time. I had a double mag holster with 2 24-round mangazines on my left side, and a holster for a full sized tactical pistol with a RMR sight and streamlight flashlight mounted. I wore it to the range and spent the entire day with that weight on it. It didn't slip or pull loose once. I'm sold. I ordered the OD Green one which arrives tomorrow and I ordered one in Black just a few minutes ago. Very satisfied customer.
Not quite as magical as I was lead to believe it would be, but still manages to be my daily, for now. I simultaneously love and hate how rigid the strapping is, and I'm surprised at how the buckle does not slip - this is all to say that it's possible to cinch down too hard, expecting it to flex and loosen, but it does not, if you crush your internal organs when you put it on, they'll remain crushed until you adjust.I agree with the note in the product description, buy larger than the measurement guide. The guide is not wrong, but, I'm a 38, so I bought L as recommended, and I wish I bought XL, as the L only gives me about 2-inches of strap beyond the buckle. It still fits just fine, I just would have liked a little bit more to work with. Not sure if I overlooked ... I've had the standard TDY belts and also the super reinforced gun belts from Aker and Kore. While all those belts have their uses, I find myself most frequently choosing this double duty belt for it's good balance of stiffness and flexibility. Because it's more flexible than a reinforced gunbelt, it can actually confirm around the backside of OWB kydex holsters, pulling the gun in closer to your body. I also find myself wearing it frequently with my IWB holsters as well, and it does a great job. I only with there were more buckle options for it.
The belt is high quality and I'm sure it will last a long time under serious distress. It's likely strong enough to be used as a recovery strap for overland vehicles if it was long enough. HOWEVER, the buckle flimsy by comparison. Made of plastic. And it slips as you're attempting to tighten to fit appropriately. I returned it because of the buckle.
