I have two issues about this product that will keep me from using it in my store.First this cap needs to be available in two sizes like its cousin, the Closed Back Structured Cap - Flexfit 6277. Without that option, this one size is small enough to give me a headache and too large to not be blown off the head of my partner. TOO SMALL. its on the smaller / tighter side. It IS a flexfit but it does not fit like traditional flexfits, the crown (front) is tighter/shorter and brushes against your forehead rather uncomfortably. I wear the regular flexfits and i have a normal sized head and this hat is just too small for a ''one size'' hat style. This would be a SMALL/MED (SM/MD) in any other fashion. a Large /Xtra Large would be perfect.

The quality of the embroidery was great. Unfortunately, the hat is a CHILD'S SIZE. I wear a 7 1/2 hat and it is uncomfortably tight. It's way too off from what an adult's one size hat should be for me to put up for sale on my site.

I got the transfer for a 100% cotton shirt. The color in the transfer came out super bright and made the shirt look very professional. I've since order about 100 transfers with several designs and I have not been disappointed at all. I highly recommend the transfer route!
I used HTV on these for a customer. They took the heat transfer vinyl great and these hoodies are weighted great because they keep you warm but have a lightweight feel to them. Color Bone is very unique too. Definitely my go to suggestion now to customers.
I bought 8 different model flexfit hats to test quality and fit, including some more expensive Richardson hats. The quality on this hat is every bit as good as the other more expensive caps I bought, fit is great, structure is perfect, curve of the bill is spot on. This is definitely the only non-melange trucker hat model I'll ever buy for my business!
For that past few years I bought these hats off of amazon, the quality has gone down and so I thought I would try this site. I noticed the flex hats made in Vietnam are tight and not up to standards. But the ones made in bangladesh ( which is what I just got here) and Indonesia are great. They fit well and the stitching looks cleaner. Hope, this helps. From now on no more Amazon for me.
Fit was perfect. It’s big up top like it should be and slims down towards the bottom. Material is really soft. Made for my daughter to cheer her brother on at games.
