I finally found the foam roller I was after! I needed a 10cm diameter roller and found it was so hard to place. Thanks for offering high quality products at a reasonable price! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
Having used foam roller at gym; I wanted my own at home for my IT bands which like most runner's are pretty tight. A few minutes rolling every day and much better. Well recommended for assisting stretching and pin pointing those tight spots in muscles needing further attention.
There's no escaping the fact that using the foam roller, at least at first, can be extremely uncomfortable - nay, painful. But take heart : the more you use it, the better you get and the less painful the ordeal. I wholeheartedly recommend this product.
There could be improvements with the online shopping experience to compare products and materials. I was expecting the same material and sizes of the roller with what i have seen at my gym and physio. With my lack of knowledge in these products, I expected them to be all the same size and material, but this one I got from physiosupplies were smaller diameter and light foamer, which made me regret not buying them directly from a store so I could see exactly what I was buying.
and has helped correct my bad posture. Great for back, shoulder and upper arm pain. It is hard on the stomach muscles at first and knots in the trapezoids are painful to clear after years of neglect, but eventually I achieved a pain-free back and more thus comfortable sleep. I cannot recommend this highly enough. But it is only a bit of foam... why does it cost an arm and a leg?
I was advised to get a foam roller by a physio. When I tried his, it was a more managable level of firmness than this. I am really disappointed as its rock hard and its impossible to tell that in a photo - its made of different material than the recommended one. Very much regret buying.
