I have a bad back through wear n' tear the bottom three discs 'cartilage's are damaged. The first few times I went on the bed my husband stood by me to insure the bed turned very slowly back and then again slowly to standing position and just a couple of minutes inverted. Strange feeling but for me the bed is a great help. I've gained up to 5 minutes twice a day now and pleased with the results. There are cheaper beds but this one looked very stable, which it is, I feel very safe on the bed. The feet straps that are very secure were uncomfortable but I found wearing trainers made the experience much more comfortable and I would recommend wearing trainers, the bed itself is very comfortable. Bought this as a replacemnt to an earlier model which was sadly lost in a fire. the new model is more robust and the instruction booklet helpful. If you have ever wheeled a wheelbarrow full of sand you will know how your back feels cpmpressed. well if you

Solid materials. Easy to assemble (thoughinstructions are not clear). Stable. To completely straight forward to fold away due to the handles, but guess that it's pretty common. Now that I have it I'd probably prefer the "hanging boots" and a bar, but I'm happy with it.
Easy to set up and can feel the difference already even after only using a few times. Can see that long term the body will definitely benefit. Should have done it ages ago!
Good value for money highly recommend it to everyone with back problems save taking painkillers and antibiotics sorting my back out within 5 minutes of news it used it for a week packed it away ready for another time
Professional adjustable inversion allows user total inversion. Initial use will result in a feeling of blood rush to the head (goes away quickly). Great for posture and aching muscles (back, legs) great when your back is out.
I bought this to replace a discontinued inversion table that I'd lost a part for. This table is practically the same, with the same solid construction, but was much cheaper. Set-up was easy and took around 10 minutes. Would highly recommend this table

this machine is built with absolute quality. I have had one of these before and bent the pole that holds the top of your foot. the rubber brackets that hold your ankle make it comfortable and impossible to bend. Very professional machine!
