Im 6'2" 220 lbs with a long reach and this jacket fits great. Colors look good too. Bonus points to the house for refunding the DC jacket that I got prior to this one that ripped like paper. Had to go with a brand known for commitment to quality. The only draw back is it could use another storage pocket inside, but the cross chest access to the internal pouch is nifty.

Nice loose fit, feels comfortable and quality as you'd expect from 686, leaves enough room to layer. Would have preferred longer sleeves and pit zips instead of the single front chest zip

Awesome jacket. I've been wearing on the street, rain, and mountain. I got a small and there is some room still for layering. I am 155, 5'6'' so the small has a ton of room. I think the XS would not have left room for layers. I love the colors, chest vent, wrist guards, and more.

Great fit, does its job, Hood fits well over helmet, just a merino base layer and small down jacket is fine until -10 then you're gonna have to add another layer.
Fantastic jacket that could only be improved with the addition of zipper pits.
The 686 line has really upped their game and this is a great coat.
It is much smaller than the 686 jacket I used to buy. I feel that the clothes are too thin and the sleeves are short. And the zipper also becomes one-way. The pockets on the sleeves also didn't draw crowds. I don't understand why. There is a zipper on the chest that just opens the clothes.
Exactly what I was looking for in a shell.I got the XL just so I could layer underneath without it getting too snug. It fits great and holds up against east coast blowers.5'-11", 190lbs
I thought for the price it would be insulated. This is a shell only. Sad it won't be sufficient.
it fits over a retro patagonia jacket which is impressive. keeps me dry, and warm. amazing
