This controller is a great retro style. It's affordable, feels good in hand and the finish on the plastic is great. My only issue is that it would have been perfect if the DPad was a bit larger. Otherwise this is my go to controller for fighting games

Bought 8bitdo pro 2 wired for Xbox during the black Friday sale and was convinced to believe that this product was the updated console with hall effect and the detachable usb c cable, and when i was going to collect it in store it was in fact the older model without the beforementioned features.Straight up false advertising by using the older and current updated controller as screenshots and description with the current model that has the hall effect and detachable usb cable. Deceptive, wasted my time and money.
Got a pc that didn't have Bluetooth enabled so this was a life saver. Easy plug and go. Using on windows 10
Good controller, high quality, leans retro in its design. Notice the swapped positions of the analog/digital controllers. The D-pad is MUCH IMPROVED over the original and much less noisy, the controller is overall quieter. All buttons are remappable, and there are two extra buttons in the back. They can only be mapped to single buttons, not combinations. Wired with a 3m cable. Upgrade the firmware on arrival to avoid a drift bug when used on the Xbox.
I been using this since I bought and I love it the only thing which really isn’t a big issue is that the analogs are just a little too close but other than everything is fine I would definitely recommend if you’re thinking about it
This is very much a retro gamepad. It has the accessibility of a Xbox controller with the feel of a sorta Xbox + Super Nintendo hybrid. This wont replace your normal controller but for those retro like games this is amazing. Face buttons are tactile, the D-pad is a little mushy but nothing major, its like a slight mush but you can feel it, the triggers feel like light PS4 controller triggers and the bumper buttons feel amazing as if it was from a snes controller itself, not exact but pretty dang close and the thumbsticks feel very Xbox standard. This is worth it. Only downside is its wired but that I can live with.
