Our little Macca, aged 4 years, is a very picky eater. So far, we are supplying her with hot water softened Turkey/lamb pellets flavoured with sardines. She is now two weeks into the transition. She loves the sardines and sardine-flavoured pellets. The amount of sardine has been slowly diminishing and the amount of softened Scratch increasing. It is a slow process! Absolutely love that this brand not only provides a really good quality feed, they actively donate to climate action and dog welfare.Bonnie is a grazer so we've had no issues transitioning her to Scratch. She seems to really like the turkey and lamb flavour. The feed also doesn't have a gross smell you seem to get with other brands. You can smell the protein ingredients that is used in the feed. So you know what you're getting.Would really like to see a larger bag size in the future as the company grows as well as either biodegradable bags or thick paper bags. The smaller bags while totally fine, I do prefer to buy a bulk bag for my large breed dogs. Hope to see 20kg bags in the future!

I have a Greyhound and if anyone knows Greyhoundâs they have very delicate tummies. She went off her old kibble and was reacting to it which wasnât very pleasant on our walks.So I started cooking for her but found it was so time consuming, donât get me wrong, anything for my girl. Then I came across Scratch on instagram and decided to give it a try.I was so happy they included instructions on how to introduce Scratch to your dog slowly with the food youâre already using.And also letting you know how much to feed your dog as well ( I actually think I wasnât feeding my girl enough with her old food, which makes me feel like a bad hooman)My girl Zowie absolutely loves Scratch, Iâm so happy that I found Scratch and knowing that itâs all good stuff for her..

No problem switching Bruno to Scratch from Orijen brand. However, found that frequency of toileting increased from 3 per day max to 5 and even 6 times a day, though not sloppy. A lot of what was going in seemed to be coming out the other end undigested. I later discovered that almost 70 per ent of the ingredients of Scratch are made up of broad beans and chickpeas, though these would not be part of a dogâs natural diet. I have gone back to Orijen, which is more meat-based. Way less toileting with Orijen and Iâm feeding Bruno less too. Elsie is a PAINFULLY fussy eater who has was bordering on being underweight. Her particular choices of food was also causing her **** glands to block.Assisted by our vet, we tried everything.I was scrolling around on Google and fell in love with the principles of Scratch and decided to roll the dice.Elsie LOVES scoffing Scratch. I went down a rabbit hole, trying to find the best quality dry food for my dog after he had some medical issues. It quickly became apparent that it was hard to get good quality, Australian made food. So many other brands use long words to disguise questionable ingredients. I feel like my dogs in good hands with Scratch. His medical issues have seemed to clear up so far, he loves the taste and he is in great shape. Thank you, Scratch for finally putting a good quality Kibble on the market. Love that it is made fresh, they give you great customer service with follow ups and above the fact that it is delivered to your door without needing to think about it. Mr Marley & his sister Minnie eat the same. Whatever protein Iâm having & kibble. Minnie has no skin issues, Marley would scratch inside his ears, around his eyes until he bled. with your quality product I could easily begin an elimination diet. No more toast crusts, threw store bought treats away. Stopped dairy. He has no blooded scabs at this stage & I can hair regrowing. I wish I had taken before photos to compare the improvement. Started the raw protein/ Scratch only diet from 23rd February. Such a difference in just under a month. you made it so easy. I Thank you for your quality product. My maremma sheepdog Alaska, is super fussy and I think the premium brand of kibble I was getting was upsetting her guts. She would hardly eat and preferred table scraps and fresh meat. Since moving to Scratch, sheâs so excited for her kibble and EATS IT FIRST and eats it all! Her gut is healthier and while she still prefers our food, haha, sheâs a much happier hound. My male maremma Snowy eats anything but his guts were really upset on the premium brand of kibble. Now on Scratch, his gut is healthy and he jumps high in the air when itâs time to get his Scratch kibble. They are both proud Scratch subscribers. Highly recommend !!

I am fortunate enough to have 3 dogs, and 2 visiting dogs, in my life. 2 of my dogs are overweight, little piggies the both of them! They all had a diet of supermarket, better quality dry food, and a pet shop meat loaf for tea. Although they appeared quite happy with this the all had the smelliest farts and stinky breath, all over not pleasant! They also were chronically itchy. So I decided to change to scratch only. My 3 absolutely just gobbled up their first serve, seem quite satisfied with their diet. They now smell much much better, and I think they are less itchy, although itâs early days! I still give fresh bones and chicken necks at times. Iâm happy with the changeover.
