Probably, this product is one of the best on the market. I tried several brands, including Vitacost saw palmetto and Prostagenix - heavily marketed by Larry King. My experience:- Vitacost did somewhat help, even though it was rated F by Larry King;- Prostagenix did not help at all, despite all the marketing hype and shilling. Do not waste your time and money;- Prostate 1 worked much better than Vitacost. It started to make a difference in just a few weeks.

My husband says that pretty good has helped him sleep better and not getting up as often he only getting up 2 times a night instead of 5 or 6 time through the night

I had read that Saw Palmetto provides relief for 99% of non-infectious Prostatitis but takes up to a year to work. I have since discovered that Saw Palmetto only treats the symptom and not the cause. I have started taking AOR's Prostaphil 2 (aor.ca) as it has been used successfully in Sweden for 50 years. Prostaphil 2 is not Bee Pollen but defined pollen extracts from plants. If you have BPH or Prostatitis I highly reccomend trying Prostaphil 2 for at least 3 to 4 months although you may experience some relief after just two weeks. This product should not just say it’s for enlarged prostate , saw plametto is not just for men it’s also for woman and helps with pcos, block dht, and help woman with menopause. And so much more. I recommend changing the label of ur product for men and woman.
I take medication for my condition and supplement it with Prostate 1 a Day Saw Palmetto. I tried different brands of Saw Palmetto and this one seems to help. The supplement helps in reducing the need to urinate at night time. Nothing will eliminate the need to go, however. I learned to live with the condition.
