I bought this to use a secondary shed to store my garden accessories. I was dissapointed that I had to redrill quite a few holes as they hadn't been done during manufacturing. There were dents where they should have been however not drilled right through. Also many of the predrilled holes did not line up correctly, making the installation quite difficult. When installing the roof there weren't any holes at all predrilled in the upper back panel framework to connect the roof, we had to do these ourselves. To be honest, I feel that quality control was either non existent or very haphazard at best.We ensured that everything was fully square prior to installing the roof and noticed that we need to manipulate the door to get it to close as it touches against the left ... MoreI bought this to use a secondary shed to store my garden accessories. Easy Assemble Shed

I purchaed it a month ago, and I am satisfied with it after completing the assemble of shed by myself. A Absco Sheds Manuel file and youtube guidance were very helpful to me who had the first experience to construct shed at this time. It was not difficult to follow the manuel for assembling. The manuel paper recommended steel angle 35 X 35 X 3, but when I used it slap margin was broken because the hole was too close to margin of slab. So I changed it to angle 35 X 70 X 3, then anchor was fixed very well without making hurt the slab surface. Besides this all the things were well arranged. And it showed good shape. I am very happy whenever I saw the newly constructed shed.

Good price, great instructions.

We bought this from Bunnings as the price was really good, the colours were good and so were the designs. We decided on the single-door 'space saver' shed as it fitted a small corner of our townhouse garden for outdoor equipment and gardening items. We were reluctant about the Absco shed purchase as we had previously erected another brand's 3mx3m shed and it was quite difficult and no parts were labelled or predrilled.Luckily the Absco shed did have all parts labeled and most holes were predrilled. We did need to drill a few that didn't line up, but they were mostly all correct. We also found the door had the hinges already installed which made installing that slightly easier. Thankfully, Absco did have good instruction videos and we would suggest watching all of these as you go along. They didn't come with fasteners for securing the shed to the ground, but guess that's because it's unknown what surface you would be fixing the shed to. Overall, this is a worthwhile purchase, good value for money.

Good sturdy shed, no anchor kit
17 January 2023

Got it ordered through Bunnings. Arrived as expected. I've used the absco app/video for the build, which turned out a better choice as manual is very brief and not describing what's needed. App interface is very rudimentary, essentially a shell for youtube video. No complaints on the end product, number of holes didn't line up, but I've expected as much, so no issues. 3mm drill (included) did the trick drilling where needed. My biggest gripe with the product is the absence of the anchor kit in the package. Which is pretty much standard now with other shedmakers: spanbilt, easysheds etc.. Now I have to do another special order with Bunnings (for 50$ part) as they don't stock it and wait god knows how many more weeks. If it was just anchors missing, fine I could ... MoreGot it ordered through Bunnings. Arrived as expected. Great shed for us, but beware.
21 October 2022

Bought and assembled. It serves our purpose against a wall under a carport, but would not recommend this shed if exposed to wind and the elements; it will leak, the roof won't redirect the rain off it properly, and will need to be afixed to a wall or fence to be stable. But, it definitely works for us, because of where it lives. 1. This shed will require a cement pad or wooden floor. It does not come with anything. A wooden floor costs about the same as the shed. 2. This shed comes with a metal drill bit, as the latch needs to be drilled, but you will need it for heaps more drilling. 3. You will need a rivet driver to secure the door hinges. 4. Most of this small shed can be constructed by one person, including putting the roof on, but will need two once constructing the whole box to provide some pressure from the other side. It will take 4-5hours to construct. We didn't think it would take that long, but it did. 5. Other reviews are accurate that some prefab drill holes have not been drilled fully and sometimes they misalign. *Definitely check all panels for holes that are only partially drilled, prior to starting. 6. Additional holes will need to be drilled to increase the stability of the shed, but it comes with a ton of screws, so that's great.Overall, four stars from us as this shed works very well for us, because of the environment it's in and how we have secured it and how it's protected from the elements. But you get what you pay for.

Lead time and ease of assembly
1 October 2022

I bought the shed online and made the payment in early August 2022. The shed was delivered much later than the advertised lead time. The product literature and the videos advertise that panels have piloted holes for ease of assembly. Also, the general indication given that the shed should take about a day to construct. Although there were many pilot holes I found few areas that did not have these (see attached photos). I thus had to second guess the locations of the hole and drill them myself. This added to the challenge of assembling some of the panels and increased the assembly time almost two days. Note also that one of the panel was damaged ( see attached photo). In general, I think the SnapTite technology is good to work with and helps with ease of assembly. ... MoreI bought the shed online and made the payment in early August 2022. Neat little shed. Be patent with assembly :)
30 January 2023

I built this shed with my 2 primary aged sons. We had lots of fun as I knew there would be holes not through of askew (from other reviews) we joked about who fault it was each hole was missing. The poor dog got most of the blame :).Positives:- The app videos are simple and helpful (could not put them full screen on my ipad though)- Extra tools (screwdriver bit, drill bit, pencil etc) and heaps of additional screwsImprovement opportunities:- Packing list - quantity column as far left (I thought I was missing pieces) and Door is labelled as "DoorB"- Front Panel Assembly - not shown in video and we put door piece in the wrong way around so had to make adjustments so the lock catch would fit (see photo)

Simple, maybe too basic
20 April 2023

I bought this to put up the side of the house. The shed is sold as 78cm deep. Not anywhere in the instructions nor on the website says that the shed cannot be installed hard against a wall - I made my slab 85cm front to back, then I built the walls, pushed it against the wall of the house then tried to put the roof on only to find that it sticks out behind the back wall by 5cm! I had to modify the roof so I can have the shed against the wall of my house! The next thing is that someone with a screw driver can undo several screws to gain access rendering the padbolt lock useless. I had to replace almost all of the screws with either bolts or rivets to slow an intruder down (yes, someone still can get into the shed with the right tools). The screws supplied to ... MoreI bought this to put up the side of the house. I had to replace almost all of the screws with either bolts or rivets to slow an intruder down (yes, someone still can get into the shed with the right tools). The screws supplied to install the hinge are the wrong size - the countersunk head are too large and don't fit the countersinking of the hinge. I had to replace these with different screws that fit. Most of the top and bottom rails are way too short. In every corner they don't meet - there is at least a 20mm gap where water can just pour in. There is approx. 10mm gap along the top and bottom of the door also. Why does the shed come with enough screws (220 of them) to build 3x sheds? So all in all, cost me around $5-$10 more in extra screws and rivets, but the item could have been $5 cheaper by only supplying enough screws for the one shed.

The only thing stopping me from giving this 1 star is the fact that you can put things in it so it’s not a complete waste of time.I was lured into purchasing this shed by the promise of easy snap-tite assembly and YouTube videos of everyday looking chaps like my good self smiling and enjoying the DIY experience. On opening the box I was delighted to find all parts were present and correct including a drill bit and rivets. I only got the panels and frame constructed but not put together. The shed panels are leaning against my fence in a teepee formation with the lawnmower etc underneath them.I’m not expecting anything to smile about once it’s put together either because to say the quality is flimsy is an understatement. My cat happened to break wind as he mooched past causing a panel to buckle and fall like a Texan style tornado has made its way through the yard.In a nutshell purchase at your own risk. It will either make or break you as a human being. On a plus note dealing with Bunnings was a breeze. Staff and delivery were as efficient as always

Useful shed - easy to assemble

Overall I am very satisfied with this shed, and the ease of assembly and installation. The written instructions are a step above most but the real game changer is the assembly video. The shipping pallet when combined with a couple of saw horses becomes the assembly bench, which only becomes obvious when you watch the video and this is a clever idea.Approximately 95% of the pre-drilled holes lined up, and it was no trouble to drill for those that didn't. They provide plenty of self tapping screws (I probably have over 50 remaining) plus a drill bit and driver bit.I was able to assemble the shed in about six hours total on my own, and a good hour or more of that was taken up wth an inventory of the parts and manhandling them from the delivery point to the ... MoreOverall I am very satisfied with this shed, and the ease of assembly and installation. The written instructions are a step above most but the real game changer is the assembly video.
