Computer functions well, fast processor and good quality screen. However, physically it doesn't feel like a modern computer. The lid is a bit heavy relative to the weight of the lap part and I'm worried if it won't detach after a while. The speakers are really awful! The touchpad is a bit rough and feels strange (again, not so modern). I wanted to by the equivalent of Lenovo but the salesperson spoke me into buying it, and I regret falling for it! If you don't mind the aesthetics, go for it!

Great laptop, I love everything about it compared to the 12 year old underpowered dinosaur I was using for programming (Python),web development, 3D modelling(Blender) and music production (FL Studio). Go for it, It's a great buy.

I bought this about a month ago, and on day 5 on the first use, this Acer Lite 16 started giving me problems, it was overheating and fanning loudly, the charging is slow. I even recorded it the loud noise. i complained twice and eventually took it there physically for check, they told me there was nothing wrong with it, then said if they booked it in I pay for the handling fee, i then decided to avoid further cost. I have seen alot of similar bad reviews about this Acer. I can't even do any work in peace with its loud fanning noise. I am really not a happy client a d today noticed that the charging cable was heating up and slow in charging in addition wasnt charging well either. I need answers here otherwise il be forced to take my review to different platforms

Clear screen, but not good sound or battery life.

Bought this computer only two days ago, and I'm not quite happy with it. The screen is great and it can be quick, but the sound is muffled and not clear. I only really used it for maybe half an hour and the battery life quickly went from 96% to 53%. And if you're writing in a dimly lit room, you can't see the keys properly.
