Horrible hardware and software.This was my second piece that I had to return. The first one had lcd backlight bleed at the bottom right corner straight out of the box. I returned that piece and got another one the next day.The second piece itself gradually showed the corner's that acer had cut to bring the costs down so much. There were multiple software and driver issues. E.g whether I used zoom or team, as soon as I would join a meeting, the voice from other participants would cut out for me. Had nothing but issues with this laptop since purchasing brand new 4 weeks ago. Task bar vanishes, crashes randomly, freezes during gaming, doesn't draw enough power to Headset so it cuts out constantly, comes pre loaded with so much junk it slows the Processor down. Complete head ache since day 1. Avoid
