This is one of my most favorite summer time scents. It’s not too sweet or too musky. It smells really fresh and bright. My area gets very humid and sticky during the summer and it’s perfect. The scent lasts all day and it’s a perfect unisex scent as well. Because both me and my husband wears them, we have the 5oz spray. I could probably drown in the scent and wouldn’t mind. It just works and lasts a good while. I can’t recommend enough.

What is the most NATURAL-smelling fragrance you have ever smelled? ME: Blu Mediterraneo Bergamotto di Calabria by the Niche Italian house ACQUA DI PARMA 🍋🧼💦 This is so special, it feels LEMONY, CLEAN and Vivid. With one of the coziest dry out I've ever felt, always maintaining its FRESHNESS and a mouth watering SOAPY vibe. Mood lifting, in fact I get a calming and peaceful effect. The performance maybe is not the best, however this one is a Masterpiece to be wore during the high heat weather for any casual activity.

This is a fresh, bright fragrance that to me, can either be worn by a man or a woman. Heart notes if this fragrance as basil and lavender, and those are the notes I detect the most. This fragrance projects really well yet is hardly overwhelming. I wouldn't recommend blind buying this as it's either something you'll absolutely love or will strongly dislike ~ I don't see much of an in-between with this one. I find it to be refreshing and perfect for summer. I only gave it four stars instead of five as I just wish it was slightly more feminine.

This is a tricky time as of course I know he loves red wine and also a nice glass of Cognac. My wife made her usual comment a day or two before, asking Had I got him the usual bottle or two of red or some Brandy No, I announced triumphantly, I had embarked, courtesy of the nice lady on the after shave counter in John Lewis, Trafford Centre, on a completely new theme and bought him the Mandorlo di Sicilia which shares the lovely blue flask of my usual choice and also those lovely fragrant yet subtle smells that remind one of summer holidays, blue vistas, charming people and scenery. In addition she presented me with a nice carrier bag and also lots of samples so that he can try this and also my usual choice before he commits. If he is not certain and wishes to have a swap round then he has 90 days to change his mind and if it remains unopened can elect to have an alternative. I am sure, like me, he will engage with this message and I am sure he will end up being a convert too, courtesy of an excellent product and excellent service from my local John Lewis.

Acqua di Parma Blu Mediterraneo Bergamotto di Calabria Eau de Toilette 75ml Spray

Picked up a gift set of Acqua Di Parmas Bergamotto Di Calabria from John Lewis over the festive period after randomly checking out some of the fragrances on their shelves. I had never heard of the brand before but was instantly attracted to this scent upon first smelling the test card. Strong citrusy notes bergamot and citron and underlying hints of ginger, benzoin and vetyver make this a perfect fragrance for summer and day time use. Some reviews around the net state the odour only lasts for between 3045 minutes but for me I find it goes as far as three to four hours. I picked up the 150ml bottle and feel confident it will last me a decent length of time even with regular use. If you can pick up a gift set I am unsure if these are John Lewis exclusive you will also receive a 75ml size body lotion and shower gel, both of which smell just as good as the spray itself.Although quite pricey, I would highly recommend Bergamotto Di Calabria. I have had numerous compliments about my new purchase and it has quickly become my most popular scent. If you are looking for a fresh, uplifting summer fragrance you need not look any further than this effort by Acqua Di Parma.

Definitely wear it on hot days

I bought this in 2019, so I can confidently say that wear this on scorching, hot days if you like its sweet notes. Obviously it's for summer because it's a citrus perfume and very very light, but when I wear this in 20-24 degree temperature, I get a lot of fresh, a little bit sharp orange and not much of its lovely caramel scent. It turns into a skin scent quite quickly as well, but I can still get a whiff after 4 hours. However, when it's 30 degrees out, man, from the first spritz I get a strong caramel scent from gecko , which I did not expect. I can still smell the lovely orange but the base note is stronger which I quite like. I don't know how well this perfume fares in humidity because where I live is quite dry but I can imagine it will refreshing and lovely.

My all time fav scent but..

I really really love the smell of this perfume. It's a fresh, citrusy/orangy scent but in a unique way. I've received a lot of compliments when I wear this perfume and I'm not gonna lie, I feel luxurious when I wear this considering the price. -1 star because first of all the price is so expensive for little ML and second of all -1 because the scent doesn't last long. I know it's eau de toilette but i also have eau toilette light blue by d&g and the scent lingers in your skin. Arancia di capri wears off after about 3 hours. I normally spray it on my coat so it stays on the fabric if that make sense lol.
