I got the "22 Pack" before they updated to the current "24 Pack". I'm going into a bit more details since it's so expensive. The package is a lot bigger than expected, almost like a bag of peanut snacks lol?? And although it says "22 Pack", what was included in the bag was actually "Step 1 - alcohol wipes" x 22 and "Step 2 - needle acne patch" x 22. So in total there's 44 little packets in the big bag. The micro-needles don't hurt at all. The alcohol wipes are ok... it might irritate people with more sensitive skin, I don't really use it. I've only ever used it on the monthly severe cystic acne (think, angry red skin and a lump so big like a volcano about to pop off on ... Those moments my cystic acne hurt so bad I'm just desperate for anything to relief it - even if it takes multiple of these patches to work. I'm still working my way through the bag but I'm hesitant to re-purchase due to (1) the price and (2) the amount of patches needed to work on my acne. But I'm definitely interested to try more microneedle patches to compare to this. If there's anything new I might update here.TLDR; If you have cystic acne and have money, give this a go. If you have normal/on and off pimples with pus, don't waste your money and I recommend Purito (50 patches) and G9Skin (60 patches) where you get more bang for your buck.

It works incredibly well for those deep under the skin pimple. I use it for those and then smaller ones I use the normal hydrocolloid patches. Its more economical that way. Is it something that will make your pimple overnight? probably not, I had to use 3 patches consecutively for it to be effective, but that could be just my skin. Overall: A good buy

I LOVE THESE. Hands down my favorite pimple patch to use for hormonal acne. I've tried other microneedle type pimple patches, but I always come back to acropass. They just work at helping to flatten those more stubborn pimples. Granted it may not happen in one night, but it'll certainly speed up the process! I always have at least two boxes. When I order from yesstyle, I always make sure I order another because I would hate to run out of these when a sudden hormonal acne comes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Plus, the jumbo pack sold on yesstyle is the best price / value on the whole internet I have come across. I have been buying these exclusively from yesstyle for years.

I love these patches. I have been buying this brand and specific item for at least 2 years. I use these exclusively for more hormonal acne. They work well. While it may not make a hormonal acne go away in a day, it definitely does speed up the process. I also love the large size and price of this product. I will continue to buy these from yesstyle in the future.
- These are massive. Probably twice the diameter of a normal pimple patch, which makes it difficult to place on areas of the face that aren't relatively flat. I've cut mine in half before, but keep in mind each patch corresponds to 1 step 1 cleanser.- I don't think these would work for real big pustular or cystic acne, but for smaller pustules it's actually more decent than I thought. It's not gone overnight, but the dark mark I am usually left behind with is less visible.- The patch itself is visible. It's huge and really matte. But who cares. It's just kind of weird they advertised this as ~invisible~- Keep in mind that you kind of have to use the step 1 to wipe down the skin first because otherwise it really does not stick well to moisturized skin.
Forget using spot creams or hydrocolloid patches for the large bumps, they don't work. Use this! Though I use BHA/AHA exfoliants in my skincare routine, I suffer from hormonal acne and these patches calmed it down when my chemical exfoliants couldn't. You'll feel a teeny sting from the micro needle but it's nothing compared to an annoying and bumpy cystic pimple!The wipe contains fighting ingredients aka salicylic acid and tea tree oil (the smell is strong)! It also contains ethanol (alcohol) so I suggest to wipe the specific pimple lightly than the entire area instead. The patches contains calming ingredients such as niacinamide :)! The only downside would be the price.
This has been the best microdart patch I've tried so far. Every time I had a feeling that a pimple is growing, I immediately throw this on and it speeds up the process. Most of the time, it grows into a head the next day and I patch it up with a regular hydrocolloid after to complete the healing process. This patch is amazing! It feels very comfortable and it doesn't hurt.
its an affordable dupe to the ZitSticka ones. although it doesn't work as well. I reserve the ZitSticka ones for emergency like a special occasion. i use this for painful zits when I don't have any special occasion as its more affordable
ive actually tried a couple brands of microdart patches and these are my favorite. originally, i purchased them because a certain very advertised brand was way too expensive and these came in a pack of 24 for about $22. still a bit pricey compared to other types of patches but if you want one that really deals with a big pimple overnight, i highly suggest these. i actually prefer them over any other brand I've tried so far for price and efficacy.
works well for my forehead, buy my cheek is a bit more sensitive and the needles were a bit too painful for that area. definitely felt these more than some other micro needle patches I've tried. but i do like that it's a smaller size.
