I found this difficult to read, especially in celcius. The dial is crowded and in high temperatures is impossible to know what the reading is. I replaced it with another after 2 uses

I had to buy another meat thermometer when my other fairly new one stopped working. So this one looked a little more sturdy.Boy was I wrong.!Used it thanksgiving. Never dunked in water or anything. Never dropped it .Went to use it for x Mas . Didn't work. It flopped around!!I am returning this and going to bed bath and beyond
