Works great, long enough to not burn yourself. I make a perfect steak EVERY single time. I’ve owned a different thermometer before but this one is a lot more sturdy and easier to use! I have wanted this specific thermometer for a while as at my apprenticeship at the previous restaurant I worked at used these. Highly recommend!

No issues with it. The only thing that annoys me is the rattling. Not sure if this is part of the design.
Reacts quickly and has a good size display. I bought this to replace a different brand of thermometer which was so difficult to see which of the tiny buttons were for ON and OFF. This one is so much better.
