These are smooth, drape nicely and are a generous size - get properly and easily over our deep mattress with the security of elastic right around the fitted sheet and an plenty of tuck at bottom and sides on the top sheet leaving a good turn-over at the top. I bought one set and decided to buy another and get rid of our other top brand deep mattress sheet set which is always tight fit and difficult to put on. Great!
