Product arrived perfectly. Haven't tested the water resistance of the item as yet but otherwise great texture to the bamboo overlay. With other products would double up with a standard mattress protector however this item is much thicker (luxurious as hubby described it) so only using the protector and a standard sheet over. Very comfy.Side note the Adairs communication was immaculate, so much so the itemised invoice and postal dispatch e-mails went to my spam so I missed a lot of coomunication initially. However delivery was so prompt this went un-noticed until the Aus post coms came through which filled the gap of my e-mail account issue.Thanks Adairs I made the right choice joining the club.
