Dented box, but item is working as intended. No pouch or case included as seen on other purchases. This is a 4 TB external drive I am expecting a pouch. or casing included. The courier took longer to deliver. He stated that he made attempts to deliver but was a complete lie. I was home all day and I never got an SMS from the courier.

The speed of my transfers were really good with minimal pauses which may as well have been my laptop itself. Not quite 1T but that's expected on my end. Overall, a worthwhile purchase.

So far I really like this device - I had bought it as a backup to my other external HDD, wanted the ability to password protect my data, and because I've got a tendency to drop/bump things. I don't have anything to compare it to in terms of transfer speed, but it seems to be alright. It's slim and reasonably lightweight.Unfortunately the software that comes with the device (or is available to download) looks to be fairly old (<2010) and isn't hugely intuitive. Its features support Firefox & IE, but not Chrome. When I tried to backup a different external HDD (~1tb data) to the Adata device, the software crashed and will no longer open that feature, so it doesn't quite seem to have worked out for me. I've switched to using Acronis, instead.
