Ordered size 8. Received size 8 (according to what was imprinted on the sliders). Couldn't even fit my foot inside them, so it gave them to my sister (size 6) and they fitted perfectly. I resented the requirement to pay for the return postage when I had already paid for delivery, hence my giving them away instead. I eventually found a pair of size 8 in the city centre and they fitted fine, so it was undoubtedly a manufacturing error when stamping on the size.

Bought these, tried them on, they were too small. Returned them and had an email saying that they were unsuitable for return, even though I sent back a cheap pair at the same time for the exact same reason and they were acceptable for return. I am absolutely fuming as there was absolutely nothing wrong with them whatsoever and I was not given an actual reason as to why they were apparently unacceptable. I now have no trust in the returns process of ASOS and will not be using them again.

These are so lovely and comfortable, they will last for years to come no doubt! Definitely get 2 sizes up, I am usually a size 5 (38), but even the size 6 was about half a size too small. I now have a size 7 which fits perfectly.
