I love the Adistar range and have several pairs spanning a few years, mostly enjoying the colourways available and the comfortable foam sole with high lift. I've walked so many miles in the pairs I have, including East Asian jungle, tropical beaches and British hills combined. However, because the sole is so elevated vs the toes, the midstrike of a run is incredibly thrown off, more on this new variant than previous - I normally run very lightly, but these left me with near immediate shin pain and a very heavy, loud stride. Certainly not recommended for over 5km runs. One for the 'errand running' rather than 'running' category!

Good comfortable shoes. I use them for walking instead of running. They look funny as the bulky design make my already slim legs look even slimmer. They look huge on my frame which I dislike, but the comfort makes me ignore that fault. For gym workout, remember they push you onto the toes, do best change to appropriate footwear when weight training.

Sole too firm, they made my hips and knees hurt. Gave them to my daughter as I thought they might just not be suitable for me but they did the same to her.

Trainers are nice but narrow and run a bit small. I would size up as I don’t feel comfortable in it, having order the regular size. Trainers are also a bit bulky.

I purchased these trainers as i needed something comfortable for walking.I read really good reviews about them. I have foot problems and these are extremely comfortable. These have made it possible for to enjoy long dog walks and alot of time on my feet.

I love them. The fit is true to size, I'm wide feet but still feel comfortable without any tingling pain. I wear it for hours and dont feel tired walking. The soles is a bit high compare to regular trainers and I love it.

Had the orange version. Then got a calf injury, and bought the black ones. Excellent support. Very spongy on the inside.
