sent incorrect size trainer was sent - I ordered a 6.5 and was sent a 7. I tried to call to resolve, there is no way of calling, you have to raise a complaint online. I posted the trainers back and had to pay the return shipping myself!! I was sent the correct size trainer 5 days later, I then tried to submit the reimbursement request and there is a fault with website and it will not allow you to submit. All in all a total waste of my time.

This is my first order from this store, the shoes are great, and the shipment was fast enough (although it cost a lot of money)for sure it will not be the last order.

Really nice canvas shoes. Very comfy. They're more a charcoal grey than black, but my son prefers that colour anyway. True to size.
