Cute shoes but mine did not match in color

Tried so hard to get these during Anniversary Pre-Sale (they sold out immediately), then they arrived and the shoes are different colors. ☹️The right shoe is more rose-toned, while the left is straight-up tan. Really disappointing, so back they go. Hoping to maybe find a return that actually matches. 🙄As for fit, I found them to run exactly a half-size large. I am a pretty true 8.5, bought the 8 in these based on reviews and they fit perfectly.

I was so looking forward to getting these shoes as I have looked for so long online to find the sizing and color I wanted. It was suggested by this store that they run big so I should downsize. I wear a 7.5 and the only size down from that according to the chart was a 6 so that's what I ordered. They are much too small, my toes are cramped up in the shoe and I'm having to return. It would have been best for me to just order my usual size and they do not run big. So that is where the disappointment comes in. Looking for so long, advise to order a size smaller and having to go back to searching again. Star rating is 2 because I love the shoe but seller has wrong advise about sizing.

I get soooo many compliments on these shoes.

I wear these shoes just for casual wear. They're super stylish and comfortable. I consider these or the sambas, but went with these because not as many people have tried. I'm glad I did! They're comfortable and the color is very versatile. I also get tons of compliments. I say half a size down. They did stretch out a bit after two wears.

I would buy more colors for sure in this product
10 January 2024

I bought these in the brown but they are a purplish brown with that light pink lining. That's cool with me but the photos and description didn't mention how it has a purple undertone that is very obvious. It's also easy to break these in the only difficult part is the leather tongue that is stiff for a little while. But so cool I love these!

Nice Sneaker

I never write reviews but felt like I needed to for these shoes. I see so many people saying they run large. I didn’t find that at all. Many of the Adidas shoes come in unisex (men’s) sizing. I ordered the brown pair in the anniversary sale and ordered my regular size. They fit as expected. I compared my 9.5 gazelles to my 8.5 unisex sambas and they were basically the same size. Not sure of some Nordstrom locations get true female sizes and some get unisex or what but I definitely did not need to go down a full size based on many of the reviews.

These shoes are beautiful! They were given to me as a Christmas gift and I was so excited. The look, the color was just my style. Sadly, after trying 3 different sizes, they just didn't work for me. My feet are average and I never have issues with shoes fitting me. The ankles and heels slipped and rubbed my foot. They squeak really loudly the whole time I was walking. I was very disappointed with everything about the shoe except for the look of it. If you buy them, go down a half size. I wear a 9, but could fit in the 8 and 8.5. I felt the 8.5 fit best though. Sad they didn't work out because they were super cute.

These are cute for a trendy shoe. The sizing is large like others have noted. I am usually a 6.5 in Adidas Ultraboosts. I ordered a 6.5 and a 6 based on reviews and will be keeping the 6. I went down a half size from my usual size. I didn’t try a full size down with a 5.5. The 6 seemed like it should work. Size down 1/2-1 full size. The blush is kind of a peachy nude color.

Run very big
10 July 2024

Was able to snag these this morning in the earth color. They're a very pretty brown and they look really cute on. Great comfort level right out of the box. That all being said, they run huge. I'm usually a 9.5 sometimes a 10 in sneakers. I had to go down to an 8.5! 8.5!!! What?! Super glad they had them in store and I could try before they completely sold out. Consider going down a whole size if you are wanting these. Also, not sure I'd say "towel" like in texture but it is a rougher suede. This isn't a fashion shoe at the level of Rag and Bone (obviously the price gives that away) so don't expect the suede at that level. Cute, comfortable, affordable, sneakers but BIG!

Terrible in store experience made me return and buy somewhere else
27 February 2024

I had a TERRIBLE experience at my local Dick’s store that made me decide to just return the shoes and go buy them somewhere else. I bought these shoes for my wife for Valentine’s Day but they were a little too big so I needed to exchange them for another size. I went into my local Dicks store where I waited for 25-30 mins in line because they had a big sale and only two people to work the registers. Then after waiting that time they had me wait to the side while “someone brought the other pair for me.” They had to call back 2 more times because the shoe runner never came and then finally the person at the register said they had it but the guy needed to talk to me because they were on a mannequin, which I said was fine. I walked back and the guys said “what shoes did you want?” Very frustrating at that point in itself. Then when I told him he said “oh yeah we don’t have that size here”. So now after about an hour of waiting I was back to square one. I returned the shoes and bought them somewhere else. I’ve been shopping at this store for a long time and have spent thousands of dollars on golf clubs, baseball gear, boxing equipment and clothes. This made me never want to spend another dime with this company. Customer service matters.

these DO run very Large

The sizing on these shoes is insanely confusing. Numerous reviews say to size down, they say they’re unisex sizing so only size down if you’re wanting women sizing, they say the women’s gazelles are true to size, then they say they run small 🤣 the fact is these run MASSIVE. These are women’s shoes, labeled women’s, sold in women’s section. Yet they are not women’s sizing. I am normally a 7.5-8 in all shoes, 38.5 or 39EU. I typically wear a 7 in adidas since they do run big on me. I could really use a 7.25, 7.5 is just too big and slides on my heel. For these they said to size down. Well my normal adidas size is 7, so I went with a 6. A size I NEVER wear in unisex, or men’s and definitely not in women. They fit. They’re snug but I think a 6.5 would be too big. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO SIZE CORRECTLY AND CONSISTENTLY?! Isn’t it just based off of measurements? Something that can easily be dialed in. So annoying to try and order shoes online and stores never have any inventory of anything anyone wants.
