Bought as a Christmas present for my daughter. I researched suppliers and wanted to make sure I could get a return or refund easily after Christmas if needed. Fortunately, Office provide a good service. Shows arrived quickly and sure enough they didn’t fit on Christmas Day. Returned to shop (even though bought online) and exchanged for larger size without any issues whatsoever. As this was straightforward and easy to do I will be buying from Office again. The trainers look great in Green but I would advise going up half a size.

The look better in person.The sole doesn't get dirty as as much as the white one. The tongue did bite into my foot a bit the first few times I wore them, but that goes away. As for the rest, you get the same amazing quality as regular Gazelle. I've you had Gazelle shoes before but never Indoor ones, do it. Just as good if not better, depending on your taste.

I really like the look of this shoe. It fits well as a nice arch support. However, the tongue of the shoe is plastic, so it makes it kind of cheap. I’m returning them and getting a pair that doesn’t have the plastic tongue. I size down a half size and they fit perfectly.(these are men’s)

The canvass shell did not follow the contours of the sole creating a "loop" at the shoe opening. Both right and left vinyl tongues had been mashed to one side and there was no lace strap on the tongues to center and correct the problem.The inside soles were flat without arch support. Shoes were uncomfortable.
While I'm pleased with the sneakers, the overall customer experience has been downright nasty, and I've been ROBBED(!).Shoes priced over 75 USD are subject to 17% VAT taxation here, and not a cent more. Despite that, ASOS felt it right to apply a roughly 25% "customs" surcharge (there are no customs taxes on shoes here, only a 17% VAT tax), and when I complained, it didn't flinch and blamed it on its ambiguous "shipping partner" and/or our local tax authorities (the charge was applied in advance by ASOS itself, not by local tax authorities... so blatant lies). When challenged further, customer service reps quickly lost all service attitude, and became downright offensive. Super cute shoe. Love the navy color. The white shoelaces look better than the blue ones. Love the option to change shoelace color if desired. However, the tongue of the shoe is long which makes it stick out and poke your ankle when walking… ouch!! Uncomfortable yet so cute. Will return
I’ve been eyeing these for a long while and I finally purchased a pair! These shoes are so stylish and can make a casual outfit look 10x better. Be aware these shoes do have an arch inside but can be removed if you want to take the risk but overall extremely comfortable when the arch was taken out for me! I plan on buying other colors!
I bought this gift as a Christmas present for my wife and she loved it. Here are some key thngs I am happy about. 1. I ordered this quite close to the holidays and it arrived really quickly and right on time! 2. These trainers being flat, I was worried in case the sizing may fit differently so I used the website's size guide for assistance which helped me purchase the correct one. 3.The packaging, box and trainers were in pristine condition, so perfect for a gift. Great looking shoes. Solid fit. Bonus points for Nordstrom customer service because I purchased the incorrect size online and then exchanged them for the correct size in-store. Overall very happy. Would buy them again at this price.
These def run big. I’m a women’s 6 and landed on a men’s 4.5 after trying a couple sizes. I have a pretty narrow foot and the width of these is great for me. They have pretty good arch support too-much better than the Stan Smiths. I’ve been wanting these for a while and while they’re very cute in person, I’m slightly disappointed in the quality. The tongue is plastic and there are a couple of pieces of leather overlay that are cut sloppily. You can’t tell when they’re on so it’s not a huge deal, just annoying. Overall would repurchase.
