I bought this close to a year ago and never got it dirty. I got some stains on it last weekend so I had to clean it for the first time and the colour completely came off. And I followed the instructions on the asos site regarding the shoe

These shoes are excellent but but beware if you have wide feet, I have narrow feet and sometimes these still push my toes in a bit. Comfortable the day I started wearing them and give even the most drab outfits a little somethin' somethin'.

The size didn't fit, and I couldn't exchange it for a larger size. I had to refund the shoes and purchase the bigger size separately. Currently awaiting the refund – quite inconvenient.
