I ordered size 11-12yrs and whilst the label said they were that size they were clearly an age 6-7 yrs at best. As Sports Direct dont offer free returns I took them back to a store only to be told I couldn’t get a refund. The shop assistant agreed this was their error and I shouldnt have to pay to send them back. Despite her trying very hard to make “ customer services” ( said in the loosest sense of the word) understand they still insisted I couldn’t get a refund unless I paid to return them.Needless to say I won’t shop there again. If I could have given a minus star rating I would have.
