I returned these green adidas. The tab is ridiculously long...sticks up into your foot...made of some cheap dodgy plastic....

Trainers were lovely but unfortunately were too small for me so had to return. If you're ordering I'd suggest you go at least 1/2 - 1 size bigger than your usual size
